The American
Food Dream

Bravo is a Modern American restaurant concept built around variety. Cooking styles and ideas drawn from traditional European and Asian techniques, made with fresh, locally produced, in-season ingredients.

Chef John Wong calls it the American Food Dream. He has been chasing it since a potato farm in Ontario, through 18 months of traveling the world, to a copper-clad Italian oven on Broad Street in Globe, Arizona.

Before You Come In

Both. The wood-fired oven is the centerpiece, but the menu runs from garlic lobster ravioli to a half-pound Kobe beef burger to fresh fish and chips. Come for the pizza. Stay for everything else.

We welcome walk-ins. For larger groups, call us at (928) 793-3032 and we will do our best to take care of you.

Same chef, two different restaurants. Bravo is modern American cuisine and wood-fired pizza. Bloom, right next door on Broad Street, is artisan sushi and Asian cuisine. Both are run by Chef John Wong.

Yes. A cauliflower crust is available as a gluten-free alternative on any wood-fired pizza for $2 more. Let your server know about any dietary needs and we will walk you through the menu.

Yes. Fifty-five outdoor seats with misters, heaters, a fireplace, an outdoor bar, and sports TVs. One of the best seats in Historic Downtown Globe.
